- We are unable to provide refunds on items once sold.

exchange faulty or damaged items for an identical item. - We are unable to provide exchange on any sale or reduced items.
- The exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and with valid proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to examine all items being returned to see if it has been worn or used. If it is determined an item has been worn or used the right to respectfully deny exchange will be given
- Customers are able to exchange any item regarding to the size, colour and style by showing original tags and invoice.
- The product must be of equal or higher value.
- Any items returned without original invoice or tags will not be accepted for exchange.
- No exchange on bodysuits, swimwear and
jewellery.
